In order to strengthen the workplace and address diversity and inclusion goals, you must share information about Black wellness and mental health. Part of the Black History Month 2022 Series.

For Black History Month 2022, Lauren Valenti from Vogue published a list of 17 Instagram profiles to follow that feature Black mental health and wellness resources. I edited the list for brevity but want to recognize her work compiling the full list. Please share the list below, and the full list from Vogue, within your network and friendship circle.

Sharing this and other content about Black health and wellness is critical. Whereas stigma may be one of the reasons that people in the Black community may not access mental health resources, recent studies have shown that there may be less information shared on where and how to access the resources. Choose to overshare among your friends and communities, and be a better ally to those you know and work with.
